At The Pantry SA, we pride ourselves on delivering the freshest gourmet ingredients, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 7-day return window for unopened food items. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned once opened.
Return Process

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items in question.
- 2.Quality Review
Our quality assurance team will review your claim to ensure it meets our safety and hygiene standards for returns or replacements.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, place the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during the transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement immediately.
